Lisa is Senior Lecturer in Drama at University of Ulster Magee, and a founding member of the Irish Society for Theatre Research. Her research focuses on violence in performance, women's writing, and feminism in Ireland, and her current work is on the performance of rape on stage. She teaches Irish Theatre and North American Theatre, and has worked with Sole Purpose on LGBTI Writing Workshops in collaboration with Patricia Byrne.
